GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STANDARD FINANCIAL LEASING DEAL FOR REAL ESTATE PROPERTY

Typical range of transactions: from 50,000 Euro

Minimum downpayment: for office, commercial and warehouse premises - 10% of the appraisal made by a licensed evaluator, approved by us; for production premises - 15% of the appraisal made by a licensed evaluator, approved by us

Downpayment is due upon signing of the lease contract

Tenor: from 1 to 15 years

Financing: in Euro (USD on exceptional basis)

Currency of lease payments: EUR/BGN

All collateral registration charges will be paid by the Lessee
