GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STANDARD FINANCIAL LEASING DEAL FOR YACHTS, BOATS AND AIRPLANES

Minimum downpayment: 15% of the value to lease, due upon signing of the lease contract for new active and from 25% for used once

Tenor: from 1 to 5 years (till 4 years for used once)

Currency of lease payments: EUR/BGN

Additional collateral: Bareboat charter certificate in case if necessary and if the law requires it.

Insurance: The Yachts and Airplanes ar luxury. Secure them safety to secure your ease. We offer you an insurance company of many year traditions and reputation in the marine business. Insurance includes hull, engine, crew and passengers and also insurance of vessels on board. Pantaenius is a leader in insuring sea-going vessels all over the world. For Airplanes we offer you Bulstrad and several American Insurers.

Typical range of transactions: from 50,000 Euro

Minimum downpayment: for office, commercial and warehouse premises - 10% of the appraisal made by a licensed evaluator, approved by us; for production premises - 15% of the appraisal made by a licensed evaluator, approved by us

Downpayment is due upon signing of the lease contract

Tenor: from 1 to 15 years

Financing: in Euro (USD on exceptional basis)

Currency of lease payments: EUR/BGN

All collateral registration charges will be paid by the Lessee
